With more than forty years of experience in the hospitality and employee benefits industries, we are the strong strategic partners you need to propel your people, business, and profits.
We believe that health care costs are escalating because there is no transparency or cost accountability in the current system and that regulatory compliance under the Affordable Care Act is complex. We also believe that existing plan designs do not account for the unique nature of the hospitality industry and work force, which reduces the opportunity to provide programs that treat associates like family.
Our core purpose is to challenge the status quo and entrenched interests of the health care industry and to support the hospitality industry by offering:
Our Mission and Promise
